		<description>Dear North Pacific Union:

Greetings from Lincoln, Nebraska! I serve as the Personal Ministries/Evangelism Director for Christian Record Services for the Blind (the GC institution commissioned with serving the blind in the world field).

Our president, Larry Pitcher, asked me to get in contact with our media ministries and share how we can partner with them.

There are two things we can to support and assist those holding evangelistic meetings:

Many people today have vision problems and require larger print. Christian Record can provide the Bible lessons as nightly handouts during evangelistic meetings. We have 6-7 sets of Bible courses in braille and large print which would serve very nicely as nightly handouts for the vision impaired. Even those who are not totally blind enjoy the large print. We would like to make these available to all evangelists, pastors, lay people, and churches conducting evangelistic meetings.
We can also send out letters of invitation to the blind people we serve in a church’s community when they hold meetings. If the church or evangelist will contact us and inform us when the meetings are, we can send invitations to our blind people anywhere in the world. This comes at no cost because postage to the blind is free.

So when you and VOP, personally hold meetings, remember we can provide large print and braille lessons, and we can send letters of invitation. If you would like to give us your evangelistic schedule for 2009, we will automatically send letters of invitation to blind people for your meetings.
